• This Set of Sports Agility Ladder & 8 Cones is a superb value product for athletes of all age and level to stay ahead of the game. Use at on or off season. Any sports really: baseball, soccer, football, running, tennis, baseball hockey or any sports that require speed, agility and alertness.
• Agility ladder is 19' long! Adjustable slats. Comes with 12 rungs. These slats can be adjusted alone the nylon strap for desired distance. To keep the same distance for all your excercises, recommend either use zip ties or sew straps to slats. Slats are 1 1/4" wide, 16.5" long. 4 Pegs ground spike to help secure the agility ladder to lawn. Cones are 7.5" in diameter, 2" tall.
• This agility ladder set and cones can enhance your training with a variety of exercises. Game charts are included, and also posted on one of the pictures for your convenience. Use this foot ladder and disc combo for yourself, your kids, or your team. Makes a great gift for your coach as well.
